Yes! Custom cakes and sugar cookies are our specialty. Each order is designed to match your vision, whether it’s a birthday, wedding, or “just because” treat. Please note we require at least 14 days’ notice for custom orders. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee if our schedule allows.
How do I place an order?
Head over to our Custom Order Forms for custom cakes or cookies, fill out the details, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a design sketch (if applicable) and pricing. Once you approve, we’ll send over an invoice via Shopify to confirm your order. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless your order qualifies as a large event (like a wedding), in which case a deposit may apply.
If you're looking for something on the simpler side, check out our other products - Fresh From The Oven.
Do you require a deposit?
For most orders, payment is due in full at the time of booking. Large orders (like weddings or major events) may require a deposit to hold your date, with the remaining balance due closer to pickup. We’ll let you know upfront if a deposit applies to your order.
What flavors do you offer?
We have a menu of signature cake and cookie flavors, but seasonal and special-request flavors may be available upon request. (One cookie flavor per dozen for custom sugar cookies.)
How are cookies sold?
Cookies are sold by the dozen and must all be the same flavor per dozen.
Do you deliver?
Yes! In fact, we prefer to deliver all orders to make sure your treats arrive safe and sound. Pickup is available upon request if that works better for you.
Delivery fees are based on distance from our kitchen in Shepherdsville, KY:
Within 25 miles: $15 flat fee
25–50 miles: $35 flat fee
50-75 miles: $60 flat fee
Beyond 75 miles: Priced on a case-by-case basis
What if something happens to my order after pickup or delivery?
Once your order is picked up or delivered, it is considered accepted and in your care. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after that point (melting, smudging, accidents in transit, etc.). If you opt for pickup, please handle your treats with care — drive cautiously, keep them level, and store them as directed.
We promise to send you off with treats that are beautiful and secure when they leave our kitchen. From there, it’s up to you to keep them safe until party time. 💕
Do you ship your baked goods?
Not yet — Kentucky cottage food laws don’t allow us to ship. But if that changes in the future, you better believe we’ll be sprinkling sass across state lines. 😉
How should I store my cookies or cake?
Decorated sugar cookies: Store at room temperature in an airtight container. They’ll stay fresh for up to 7 days.
Cakes: Best enjoyed within 2–3 days. Store covered in the fridge, but bring to room temperature anbefore serving for the best flavor and texture.
Do you make gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly items?
At this time, we do not offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly bakes. All items are made in a home kitchen that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Can I order dog treats?
Not yet — though our pup Arti is working hard to convince us. Stay tuned. 🐾
Will you be at any farmers’ markets?
We’re planning to pop up at local farmers’ markets in the future! It’s the perfect way to snag a cookie (or two) without placing a full custom order. Keep an eye on our social media pages for announcements about times, dates, and locations — we’ll share all the details there once our schedule is set.
Do you teach baking or host classes?
Not at the moment, but it’s definitely something we’re considering for the future. (Wouldn’t a cookie-decorating night with friends be fun?)
