Refund policy
Baked Goods (No Returns)
Because our cakes, cookies, and cupcakes are custom and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges on baked goods.

Cancellations: Orders canceled 7 days or more before pickup/delivery may be eligible for a partial refund (less any costs already incurred). Orders canceled within 7 days are non-refundable.

Quality at Handoff: Please inspect your order at pickup/delivery and notify us immediately of any concerns so we can assess and make it right where possible. Once an order leaves our possession, we are not responsible for damage due to transport, handling, or storage (e.g., melting, smudging, breakage).
Merchandise (Refunds for Damage/Defect Only)
We do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise (e.g., apparel, mugs) unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How to request a refund: Email info@sprinkledsass.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos clearly showing the damage/defect and the packaging.

If your request is approved, we’ll provide next steps (which may include a prepaid label or disposal instructions). Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Scope
We do not ship baked goods. Merchandise may be shipped; shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Refund Timing
Once a refund is approved, we’ll process it within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@sprinkledsass.com.
