Shipping policy

Baked Goods

We do not ship baked goods under Kentucky cottage food laws. Cakes, cookies, and all other treats are available for delivery or pickup by request see our Delivery Policy located in section 6 of our Terms & Conditions.

Merchandise

Non-food merchandise (such as apparel, mugs, or accessories) can be shipped within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Processing Times

Merchandise Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping times are usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Delays due to carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@sprinkledsass.com within 7 days of deliverywith your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Limits

We currently ship merchandise within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
